You can check the forums often for announcements about server down times. Frustration levels can rise exponentially when you are unaware of servers being down so keep yourself informed and plan your play times accordingly. Remain patient. Any time you cannot log on sucks, but try and remember that the purpose of these down times is to improve your overall game experience. In addtion, you can think about others, the game producer always want to provide the good service to you, but there always some troubles they can not avoid, at the same time, other players might also get into such trouble, so, patient.
